These terms govern your use of our website and the professional drywall services we provide, including installation, repair and remodel, and taping and finishing.
Effective date: April 17, 2026. By using our website or engaging El Molino Drywall for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request our services.
El Molino Drywall provides residential and commercial drywall-related services, including but not limited to: drywall installation, repair and patch work, remodel drywall scope, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing (including textures where specified). The exact scope, materials, schedule, and price for any job are defined in a written estimate, change order, or contract agreed between you and us.
Verbal or online estimates are informational unless confirmed in writing. A formal quote or contract may include project assumptions (access, substrate condition, paint-ready level, etc.). Prices may be adjusted if the scope changes, concealed conditions are discovered, or you request additional work (for example, extra rooms, soundproofing, or finish upgrades).
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, utilities as needed, and accurate information about the property. You are responsible for obtaining required permits unless our agreement explicitly states that we will obtain them on your behalf. Hazardous materials (such as asbestos or lead) must be identified and remediated by qualified parties before we perform work that would disturb those materials.
Payment terms (deposits, progress payments, and final payment) will be stated in your estimate or contract. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of work where permitted by law. You remain responsible for agreed amounts for completed work and materials ordered for your project.
Any workmanship warranty will be described in your project documents. Except as required by law or as expressly stated in writing, we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, or for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or events outside our reasonable control.
Website content (including project photos) is for general information about our drywall and finishing capabilities. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse site content for commercial purposes without permission. We may update or discontinue site features at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, unless a different mandatory venue applies.
